Quitude ("Quitude", "we", "us") is a sleep-improvement application available on the web and on mobile app stores. You can reach us at support@quitude.com.
You may use Quitude if you are 16 or older. The free experience — including the guided CBT-I program, sleep diary, insights, and soundscapes — requires no account and stores your data on your own device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure; because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it if you delete the app or clear your browser storage.
Quitude Plus is optional and unlocks additional features. Current plans:

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We tell you the price and the renewal terms before you pay, and we do not change the price of an active subscription without notifying you first.
Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. We never receive or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time, and you keep Plus access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not delete anything you created.
If Quitude Plus isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full — no argument, no justification needed. Beyond 14 days we look at refund requests case by case and try to be fair, especially where a charge was unexpected or a feature did not work.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their policies, because they process those payments — we cannot issue those refunds directly, though we're happy to help you file the request.
Quitude is a self-help tool based on CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Sleep restriction — a standard part of CBT-I — can cause daytime sleepiness. Do not begin the program without speaking to a doctor first if you have a seizure disorder, bipolar disorder, untreated sleep apnea, or a job where sleepiness would be dangerous (for example driving or operating machinery). If your sleep problems persist, worsen, or come with distressing symptoms, please see a clinician. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.
Please don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no automated scraping or abuse of our APIs, and no attempts to break the security of the app or its backend. We may suspend access that damages the service or other users.
We work to keep Quitude available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific health outcome. Features may change as the app improves. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top and, where the change affects your subscription, tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Quitude after a change means you accept the updated terms.
